Resolution Regarding Snow Removal on sidewalks in the Town of Greenwood:
Resolved, that as of January 10, 2012, the Town of Greenwood shall no longer be responsible for clearing snow and ice from public sidewalks in the Town of Greenwood. Each property owner shall henceforth be responsible for snow and ice removal from public sidewalks located along the road frontage of their premises.
